Well folks, you've been expecting it, I've been expecting it, and the whole world has been expecting it. Steven Spielberg's film INDIANA JONES and the KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULLS, premiers this Memorial Day weekend, and the box offices are expecting fans to come out in droves, in support of this all-time favorite. In this new adventure, an older Indy, (Harrison Ford) finds himself in World War I, in the midst of espionage and not to little intrigue. Indiana will inevitably have to uncover a plot by the RUSSIANS, who plan to rule the world.
Spielberg's first movie of the franchise: Raiders of the Lost Ark, released in 1981, was followed by a sequel in 1985, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, and four years later, in 1989, we couldn't wait to see Indiana Jones and the Last Crusades. The three movies worldwide grossed an estimated 1.2 billion.
In this sequel, he teams up with a sidekick, by the name of Mutt (Shia Labeouf), who is a rebel with a grudge to settle. At this juncture, Indy is a professor and about to make the historical find of his career; he is after an object of great fascination, riddled with superstition and can, if found, summon an exorbitant amount of fear. And, of course, this wouldn't be considered an adventure/espionage movie without a Soviet spy, would it? No sir, in this one, the sophisticated Irina Spalko played by none other than Cate Blanchett, will be standing in for the Soviets.
Are you a fan? If so, no doubt you'll enjoy Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. I estimate this first weekend will gross over 150 million and, frankly, I believe that even at 65, Harrison Ford can kick some major mommy's butt, what say you?

Aerial Survey
(I wrote this a while back, and I received some positive reviews on it. So, I've decided to post it. I hope you like it. If nothing else, it might just make you ponder).
"Suspicion breeds apathy, contempt, and thereafter hate."

I'm part of a unique team of pilots assigned to conduct a multi-stage analysis of the interaction of different creatures within the environment they inhabit. My aerial assessment of their living conditions will eventually help define the most effective approach, for future experimentation.
Our equipment is state of the art, capable of capturing imagery of landscape, architecture, utility locations, and public meeting places. In this mission, we're to collect not only scanned data, but also controlled stereo photography of our subjects. Most of all, (crucial to our mission) various 3D imagery of sound, emotions, and thinking processes of the species in question. The expedition is routine, prior to the administration of disciplinary measures on a culture. My notes and recommendation are to be the deciding factor.
These are my conclusive findings:
A) Species driven and almost obsessed with confrontations.
B) Their considerations never propagate peace.
C) They are oblivious in regards to the vulnerable and the destitute.
D) Their pursuits-- in constant contradiction to the creeds for which they perish.
E) In every geographical division, I've encountered more divisions & strife.
Notes: Their skirmishes seemed to functions as a distraction to the impending catastrophe that looms ahead of them.
F) They have despoiled fauna, flora, and contaminated their water sources. In many areas- fluids have become sparse' almost nonexistent.
G) The protective Ozone, has been destroyed beyond restoration.
Notes: They have altogether missed their purpose. Their survival as a race has been merely by chance. During our observations, parents have killed their children; husbands their wives, and vice-versa. Many roam the streets like savages-- killing for mere amusement.
H) Money guides their thinking, actions, and wants.
I) Code of honor= RARE.
My recommendation= ANNIHILATION.
Redeeming qualities?
NONE

ALORS ET TOI? EZINE
Last time I posted back in October, I mentioned something about being busy with a project of mine. Well, I was, and here it is:
All the posts below this one, gives you a small snippet of everything I've been doing since. I hope you like what I've accomplished with the help of some very dear friends. Visit our website @ WWW.ALORSETTOI.COM Let us know if there is anything we can do to improve.
I could write much more, and I will probably add to this post in a minute, but I'm tired and sleepy. I'll probably have to correct some of this stuff tomorrow . . .
